After playing two games yesterday, Jayden and her Liverpool teammates to the field for game number three this weekend, this time against the Alliance team from the Troy Soccer Club. The Liverpool girls were carrying the momentum of two straight victories with them into today's contest, and after a scoreless first half they were able to break the ice, scoring the first goal of the game in the second half. Unfortunately the girls from TSC scored two unanswered goals to take the lead away from the Liverpool squad. The girls kept battling, and came back to knot the game up at 2-2, but it would be the Alliance who would take the victory with a late goal, securing the 3-2 win and handing Liverpool their first loss of the spring outdoor season.
