Jayden and her Holly Purple Heart teammates travelled to Fenton for tonight's game. There isn't much to recap on a game like this one, so I will keep it short. Although the game only lasted four innings, Jay batted in each of them. She drew two walks, and came around to score on both. She struck out in her at-bat in the third inning, but at least she went down swinging. She finally broke through with a hit in the fourth, and would score her third run of the game after a couple successful steal attempts. The team would score more than enough runs to put the mercy rule into effect, and the Holly girls would cruise to an 18-1 victory!
