Samantha hit the field with her '99/00 Liverpool FC teammates today for the final time this season (and for the final time ever for some of the girls). Thankfully the girls who are wrapping up their careers were able to go out on a high note, as the Liverpool girls jumped out to an early lead against the Plymouth Reign team. They tacked on a second goal midway through the half, then carried that 2-0 lead into halftime. The Liverpool girls dominated possession of the ball after halftime as well, and put the only goal on the board to make it a 3-0 game. That would be more than enough, as they cruised to an easy victory.
