    Jayden returned to the soccer field for the first time in 15 months this morning, and she had a great time in her return. She started out playing in goal, and made several really nice saves. She did end up allowing a goal, but it was just her against three forwards and she made a valiant effort. She moved to forward for the second quarter, and had a few good looks at scoring her own, but she kept finding the keeper instead of the back of the net. Despite her best effort, her and her teammates found themselves trailing by a score of 2-1 at halftime. She moved to defense in the third and helped to keep the other team from the back of the net, while her teammates did their part on offense, scoring two goals to give them a 3-2 lead moving into the final frame. Jay was once again at the forward position for the fourth, and while she didn't score a goal she did her part in helping her team grab a two goal lead. The opposing team managed one final goal late to narrow the gap, but it wasn't enough as Jayden and her teammates held on for the 4-3 victory!
