    Samantha and her Venice Falcons teammates took to the field for their second game of the Region Cup tournament early in the morning in Riverview, facing off against the Seminole Santos Lady Santos team. Sam was one of the team captains today, representing the Falcons during the pregame talk with the referees. The game started off slowly, as the girls on each team took a while to wake up and get into the game. Once the pace picked up the Falcons managed to get on the scoreboard first, grabbing a 1-0 lead. The girls didn't let up, cruising to a 3-0 victory to even up their tournament record at 1 win and 1 loss.
