    Unlike their first game, the majority of the Michigan Impact girls arrived for the second game of the indoor season tonight. The girls were prepared for this late night bout as well, as they had energy from the opening kick. They managed to score the games first goal early in the first half, and controlled the ball most of the time. They had some good looks at the net, but weren't able to tack on any additional goals before halftime. The second half mimicked the first fairly closely, with the Impact team scoring an early goal. The Hawks did their best to score, but the defense and goalkeeping from the Impact players was up to the task. When the game ended, the girls had secured their first victory of the indoor season with a 2-0 win.
