Christmas Morning

We warned the kids ahead of time that Christmas could not start before 7:30-8:00am, so they had better not even think about getting up before that! I don't really know if it worked or not, but they didn't come in to wake us up until 7:45am, so at least they were nice enough to let Tara & I sleep in a bit! After we all made it out of bed we headed to the tree in the living room to check out what Santa left us. We opened the presents and then spent the rest of the day playing with our new gifts - putting things together and setting things up - and eating... first a breakfast of cinnamon rolls and later in the day a turkey feast. All in all, a great day!

	Tyler, Drew, Samantha, and Jayden gathered around the tree with their presents.
	Drew sat in his new chair while sorting through his stocking. The first gift he pulled out was a new monkey hand sanitizer for his school backpack.
	Tyler worked on opening...
	...a 1lb. package of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups!

	Jay showing off her new iTunes gift card...
	...and her hand sanitizer bottle.
	Drew also got a gift card for iTunes and some peanut butter cups.
	Jayden was the first one to open up her presents from Santa Clause.
	She was pretty excited about her first gift...
	...a Barbie cruise ship.
	Drew was the next one to get a turn opening up a present.
	He wasn't initially thrilled with the Skylander's part of this gift, but...
	...he loved the white Xbox 360 part!
	Samantha's turn was next, and she got...
	...a new laptop computer (which she was actually thrilled with... not really sure how to explain the look on her face in this picture).
	Tyler was the last one to get a chance at his gift from Santa...
	...and he got a new desktop computer that...
	...he was pretty pumped about!
	Tyler got the last present of the day for the kids from Santa Clause, which turned out to be accessories for his computer.
